As a Senior HR Executive, Shared Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage day-to-day HR shared services operations and employee lifecycle administration.

• Handle onboarding, contract renewals, probation, resignations, and HR documentation.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.

• Manage work pass applications/renewals and process WICA claims.

• Administer leave entitlements and issue HR letters (e.g. LOG, COE).

• Support invoice processing and guide the HR Administrative Assistant.

• Lead HR operational projects, including the uniform review.

• Support HRIS initiatives, including data cleansing, migration, testing, and SAP implementation.

• Drive process improvements and workflow automation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years of HR Shared Services/HR Operations experience.

• Hands-on experience in HRIS projects, including data migration, data cleansing, as well as work pass administration and WICA processing.
