Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Assistant Manager (Aircon).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for various air conditioning systems and solutions.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, consultants, developers, dealers, system integrators, and corporate clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the project pipeline.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

• Work closely with clients to understand their project specifications, site conditions, and budget constraints.

• Provide product presentations, technical clarifications, and support to customers and project stakeholders.

• Oversee project progress from inquiry to order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Collaborate with internal teams in product, engineering, logistics, service, and finance for seamless project execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for revenue, profit, and project pipeline objectives.

• Support product launches, marketing initiatives, dealer events, and training sessions as needed.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecast updates, and project status updates for management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing or Business.

• 4-5 years of sales experience in a similar field.

• Experience with consumer products.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Business Accounting and P&L is advantageous.

• Team player with strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills.
