Job Scope:

1. Assist the Cost & Contracts Manager / Project Manager in managing the Cost and Contracts team and handling project commercial matters.

2. Prepare project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, cost plans, and monitor changes in design and construction works.

3. Prepare quantity measurements, Bills of Quantities, tender documents, quotations, and cost analysis based on project requirements.

4. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and award quotations and subcontracts to suppliers and subcontractors.

5. Handle contract administration, including agreements, variations, extension of time claims, contract terms, and project correspondence.

6. Review and certify progress claims, subcontractor payments, variation orders, final accounts, and payment settlements.

7. Attend site and project meetings, advise on cost feasibility, monitor project progress, and support project handover activities. May be required to work beyond normal working hours from time to time for urgent project requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Quantity Surveyor Tendering / Quotation or ANY related experience will have added advantage
