Responsibilities:

• Direct organizational operations to align with corporate strategy and business objectives.

• Own operational budgeting and forecasting; prepare executive schedules, financial tracking, and performance reports.

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee critical metrics such as Inventory Accuracy and On-Time Delivery (OTD).

• Command daily Distribution Centre (DC) operations, ensuring accurate execution of internal and external customer requirements.

• Optimize inventory and stock levels with robust control frameworks to minimize working capital while maintaining fulfillment rates.

• Govern relationships with external vendors, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and high-quality output.

• Implement operational excellence initiatives and identify bottlenecks to optimize costs and enhance effectiveness.

• Collaborate across departments to integrate supply chain operations with sales and procurement.

• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational regulations.

• Champion Quality Management Systems, engaging in ISO audits and continuous quality assurance programs.

• Cultivate a high-performing operations team and provide mentorship to develop future supply chain leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Operations.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in logistics and operations.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management, and transportation.

• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and financial performance, including profit and loss management.

• Familiarity with warehouse automation and its application in operational processes.
