• Remuneration Package: Up to $5500 + Fixed Allowances $300

• Working Location: Jurong Island, Company Transport provided at Designated Point

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (During On Job Training might need to perform 12 hours shift with shift allowances)

We are assisting our client, an established manufacturer in the petrochemical industry, to recruit a Production Supervisor. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining safe, reliable and efficient plant operations while leading teams and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production support activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.

• Manage production planning, raw materials, packaging materials and inventory to support uninterrupted manufacturing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet operational and business requirements.

• Monitor production performance, resource consumption and inventory levels, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Lead and supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures.

• Perform SAP transactions, maintain accurate operational records and prepare production and inventory reports.

• Support troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement, automation and digitalisation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with ISO management systems, the Safety Management System, environmental regulations and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, or a degree in Chemical related engineering discipline.

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment.

• Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, process operations and workplace safety.

• Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational challenges effectively.

• Proactive, resourceful and committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

• Willingness to work rotating AM and PM shifts when operationally required, including weekends and public holidays.
