Gross Salary up to $5k
Location: Tampines Industrial Area, Singapore
Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4; 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ 7pm-7am (Fixed Shift)
AWS & 2 months of Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Associate Engineers and Technicians in executing all testing activities for server and rack production.

• Configure and maintain PXE servers for test environments.

• Perform and oversee run-in, burn-in, and power testing processes.

• Analyze and troubleshoot product failures; work with HQ/factory and customers to implement improvements.

• Coordinate test program implementation and maintenance with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production testing.

• Prepare and update Working Instructions (WIs); provide training to production teams.
