• Project Engineer role to Client ensure that design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.

• Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules based. including identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manners to support project milestones.

• Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities. In general, for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA

• Track waiver / ST submission submission and appeal cases

• Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing plant projects
