Kangaroo Learning Centre Pte Ltd (“KLC”) was established in Singapore in May 2022 as part of the Fang Tian Education Group, a leading education institution founded in 2014 in China, which serves over 100,000 students annually.

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will help parents and students better understand Singapore’s education landscape through creative and informative content across social media platforms. The role involves researching and producing educational content, managing parent communities, supporting events, conduct informative talks & seminars, and analysing campaign performance. Ideal for a candidate without experience who are eager to learn. This position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth opportunities in digital marketing and social media within the education sector.

Job Descriptions:

• Content Creation & Management

o Research and identify trending education topics and parent insights to develop timely, relevant content ideas across platforms.

o Plan, write, and publish posts with consistent brand voice; design visuals and produce short or long-form videos, while tracking performance across social media channels.

• Community Engagement

o Manage and moderate parent communities on WeChat and WhatsApp, including posting weekly updates, answering inquiries, and liaising with teachers on academic questions.

o Conduct short webinars or live talks to guide parents on related education topics.

• Event Marketing & Support

o Support the planning and execution of various events, including preparing visuals and presentation materials, managing on-site logistics, and creating post-event recaps through photos, videos, and key takeaway summaries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.

• Excellent learning ability, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges.

• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am- 6:30 pm, with a minimum of 2 weekend days required to work each month (off‑in‑lieu provided).
