Job Description:

1. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance with procedures.

2. Follow production specifications, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols.

3. Perform material preparation and support production activities.

4. Provide first-line assistance during machine stoppages and minor operational issues.

5. Carry out MES (Manufacturing Execution System) transactions such as Split/Merge Lot, Hold/Release Lot, and other system updates.

6. Conduct document checks and maintain accurate production records.

7. Assist in preparing production reports, including output, WIP (Work-In-Progress), and attendance reports.

8. Maintain good housekeeping and line discipline in the production area.

9. Adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements at all times.

Job Requirements:

1. ITE graduates (Nitec or Higher Nitec qualifications).

2. Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.

3. Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.

4. Welcome without experience.
