We're looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to develop compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyze campaign performance across digital channels.

Nearest MRT: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $3340/Month

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and produce engaging, original content for digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, create, and publish content, while monitoring and evaluating content performance using analytics.

• Support social listening initiatives by tracking online conversations, conducting sentiment analysis, and preparing insights and performance reports.

• Assist in managing online communities by responding to enquiries, engaging with audiences, and maintaining positive interactions across social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in photography, videography, and content editing using relevant creative tools and software such as Adobe/ Canva/ CapCut.

• Excellent copywriting and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and impactful content.

• Strong storytelling abilities with a good understanding of how to communicate effectively across social media platforms.

• Hands-on experience in social media management and familiarity with current platform trends, audience behaviours, and best practices.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and generate meaningful insights.

• Passionate about creating content related to social and community-focused initiatives.
