1.Responsible for the construction and management of TikTok/YouTube/ins platform accounts, content operation and promotion, account follower growth, account maintenance, increase playback and attention, and other basic operations。

2.Responsible for the collection and production of short video content, formulating operation and promotion plans, and platform video publishing and other tasks.

3.analyze data, continuously optimize content effects, improve account activity, and improve content conversion rates;

4.Monitor data, analyze and summarize content creative performance, continuously optimize promotion effects, and provide data support for new marketing plans.

5.Regularly need to assist in product operations, translation, overseas product content and other tasks.

新媒体运营（实习生）
1、负责海外版抖音TikTok/YouTube/ins平台账号搭建和管理，内容运营和推广，完成帐号的粉丝增长、养号，提高播放量和关注等基础的运营。

2、负责短视频内容的素材收集及制作，制定运营推广方案，以及平台视频发布等工作任务

3、分析数据，不断优化内容效果，提高账号活跃度，从而提高内容的转化率;

4、对数据进行监控，对内容创意表现进行数据分析与总结，不断优化推广效果，为新的营销方案提供数据支持。

5、协助产品运营翻译相关海外产品内容等任务

Requirements:
Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).

Job Qualifications

1. Education: College diploma or above.

2. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in new media operation, with comprehensive knowledge of the full new media operation workflow.

3. Industry Background: Passionate about the gaming industry, familiar with mainstream mobile, PC and console games, as well as player community ecosystems.

4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English, capable of conducting independent bilingual business communication and coordination.

5. Job Collaboration: Regularly liaise with staff from Chinese companies on a long-term basis, with strong ability to communicate and coordinate work smoothly.
