Back of House / Stock Assistant (Luxury) - #1167540

Responsible for managing inventory flow and stockroom operations across Fashion, Watch, and Fine Jewellery categories. Ensures product integrity, accurate record-keeping, efficient stock transfers between the warehouse and boutique, and operational floor support.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock, report defective items, maintain organized stockrooms, and keep accurate inventory records across product categories.

• Logistics & Admin Support: Assist with daily delivery sorting between warehouse and boutique, manage stock transfers and packing, and handle shipping/invoicing documentation.

• Boutique Support & Audits: Participate in monthly stock takes, handle product phone enquiries, and assist on the sales floor when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: GCE 'O' Level qualification with at least 1 -2 years of relevant stockroom or retail logistics experience.

• Skills: Highly detail-oriented, organized, with basic proficiency in MS Excel.

• Communication: Strong communication skills with effective bilingual proficiency in English.

• Bonus: A valid driving license is an advantage (optional).
