Location: Telok Ayer (Nearest Mrt)

Work Week: Rotating Shifts (10am-10pm)

Salary: Up to ~$3,200/month (AWS Allowance + Flexi Benefits + Performance Bonus Included)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest enquiries professionally.

• Coach, train, and motivate service crew to maintain high service standards.

• Prepare staff rosters, coordinate manpower deployment, and monitor team performance.

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Experience in staff rostering and inventory management.

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage (training provided if required).

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
