Cleaning Supervisor (Office) - #1167634

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $4000 - $4200

• Working hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm & half Saturday

• Working Location: Tai Seng

• Performance Bonus + Flexi Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and assign duties to cleaners.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards are met.

• Inspect cleaning equipment and report maintenance issues.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and manage inventory.

• Coach and support cleaning staff to maintain performance.

• Track cleaning issues and follow up on rectification.

• Assist with cleaning duties when required.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling.

• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

• WSH certified / Supervise Service Operation (WSQ certified)
