Customer Service (Real Estate MNC | $3000 | West) - #1167685

Duration: 1 year contract (extendable/convertible based on performance and business needs)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm

Working Location: Bukit Batok, Woodlands, Cashew, Fort Canning (requires to rotate once a month)

Summary:

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

Responsibilities:

You act as a bridge between homeowners, contractors, and the customer service team.

1. Pre-handover preparation (before keys are handed over)

• Work with contractors to ensure everything needed for handover is ready (documents, checklists, unit information)

• Make sure all units are properly prepared for buyers to inspect and receive

2. Unit inspection (very important part of the job)

• Inspect every unit before handover

• Check for defects such as paint issues, broken fittings, plumbing or electrical issues, finishing problems. Additionally, you are required to confirm whether the unit is ready to be handed over to the buyer.

3. Defects coordination (after inspection / handover)

• Track and follow up on defects reported by homeowners

• Liaise with main contractors to fix issues within deadlines

4. Customer complaint handling

• Respond to homeowner complaints related to defects or unit condition

• Ensure issues are resolved properly and homeowners are satisfied
  

Requirements:

• ‘A’ Level/Diploma in real estate or relevant discipline

• Minimum 2 – 3 years in real estate and customer service

• Good written and verbal communications skills

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Customer oriented

• Adaptable to new and changing situations
