Expectations of the Role:
Manage AR collections and ensure timely payment collections to optimize cash flow.
Resolve billing disputes by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
Process monthly debit note postings, prepare chainstore reports, and manage return request billings.
Conduct credit assessments and periodic customer credit reviews.
Review and release credit-held orders while supportng debt recovery activities.
Perform month-end closing activities, prepare reports, and conduct variance analysis.
Maintain and update SOPs, support process improvement initiatives, and participate in project management activities.
Requirements (Must-Have):
Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years experience in AR, Credit Management, and Collections.
Proficient in SAP HANA and MS Office.
Advantageous to Have:
Experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong anlytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
