Expectations of the Role:

• Manage AR collections and ensure timely payment collections to optimize cash flow.

• Resolve billing disputes by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Process monthly debit note postings, prepare chainstore reports, and manage return request billings.

• Conduct credit assessments and periodic customer credit reviews.

• Review and release credit-held orders while supportng debt recovery activities.

• Perform month-end closing activities, prepare reports, and conduct variance analysis.

• Maintain and update SOPs, support process improvement initiatives, and participate in project management activities.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 3 years experience in AR, Credit Management, and Collections.

• Proficient in SAP HANA and MS Office.

Advantageous to Have:

• Experience in the FMCG industry.

• Strong anlytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
