We are a publicly listed company based in Taiwan with a strong and growing presence in Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are looking for high-caliber professionals to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals.
Handle Shipment – process documentation, manifest, invoices, cost capturing
Handling of permit declaration in timely and accurate handling of all Tradenet declarations and submissions.
Coordinate with airlines and co-loaders to arrange for space booking
Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Custom Brokers, Trucking Company, Carriers, Overseas Agents, collection of goods with the traffic controller and Local Customers promptly in ensuring the best-in-class services.
Liaison and Attending to Customs, Agents, and Government Authorities enquires
Resolve any issues or delays during the shipping process
Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
Ensures SOP alignment to customer expectations and company's agreed standards of performance.
Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
Support the Sales Department in quoting, liaising, and following up.
To promote our service to new clients.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions
Ensure Costing and billing are completed timely and files are closed correctly within a given timeframe.
Prepare and present regular reports as and when required
Accomplish any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by local or overseas managers.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experienceof experience in international air/sea export operations within freight forwarding.
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Good command of Chinese (both written and spoken) will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of international and regional logistics operations, including import/export regulations and customs compliance will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point applications.
Good working attitude, have responsibilities, well organized, service mind, hardworking and able to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task working under pressure.
Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
