Call Centre Agent

Location (Nearest MRT): Yio Chu Kang (Free Shuttle Bus @ Jurong & Chua Chu Kang)

Salary: Up to $2,600 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours + 1 Sat Half Day per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate cases when necessary.

• Update customer records accurately and maintain proper documentation
  

Requirements:

• Minimum N level

• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills

• Relevant work experience in customer service and handling call enquiries will be advantageous
