• Provide professional nursing care in the Inpatient Ward/Suite in accordance with established nursing policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best nursing practices to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.

• Provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care in the Inpatient Ward/Suite.

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized nursing care to meet patients' healthcare needs.

• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly respond to changes in their health status.

• Ensure the safe delivery of nursing care in compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• Singapore Nursing Board (SNB Cert).

• Able to commit to 3 shifts (rotation basis).
