About the role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Singapore Professional Immigration Solutions.

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients navigating the complexities of immigration policies and procedures. This full-time role is based in the Central Region, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist clients in navigating the immigration process, including visa applications, renewals, and other related matters

2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure compliance with the latest immigration laws and regulations

3. Prepare and submit high-quality, comprehensive immigration applications on behalf of clients

4. Liaise with government authorities and other relevant stakeholders to secure the necessary approvals and documentation

5. Provide exceptional client service, offering clear and timely communication throughout the immigration journey

6. Contribute to the development of internal policies, processes, and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the immigration services

7. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in an immigration consulting or related role

2. Thorough understanding of immigration policies, regulations, and procedures, particularly in the context of Singapore

3. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex immigration scenarios

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and government authorities

5. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment

6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service

7. Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in immigration, law, or a related field
