Salary Range: S$ 2,200.00 – S$ 2,400.00 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Handle and follow up on customer enquiries promptly, providing accurate product information and resolving purchase-related queries.

• Sales Support & Admin: Prepare formal quotations, process purchase orders (POs), and execute daily sales administrative tasks.

• Client Relationship Management: Correspond with clients regarding quotation details and order fulfillment to build strong, long-term rapport.

• Team Collaboration: Support team operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Education: Nitec qualification or equivalent.

• Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, service-oriented mindset, communication style, and a collaborative team attitude.
