Well established Equipment Supplier Company
Salary: $3800 - $4500 + $180 Transport Allowance
Working Location: Changi South - Company Transport Provided
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 7.30am - 4.30pm
AWS + Performance Bonus up to 3 months

Job Responsibilities

• Review customer sales orders and determine production requirements.

• Coordinate the delivery of materials and parts to support production schedules.

• Generate sales orders and job routings using the Oracle ERP system.

• Liaise with customers regarding production schedules, delays, and delivery updates.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.

• Prepare and update customers on Work-in-Progress (WIP), shipment schedules, and order status.

• Maintain accurate production planning records and documentation.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 3 years of Production Planning/Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, material planning, and quality control.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle ERP will be an added advantage).
