Mon to Thurs 9am to 6.30pm

Fri 9am to 5.30pm

Salary:

Up to $2600

Job Scope

· Process day to day (data entry into inhouse system) of transactions promptly with vigilance

· Liaise with both internal and external customers on instructions as and when needed

· Processing of Trade Operations transactions

· Provide administrative support and any Adhoc duties (e.g. Filing data entry reconciling of reports) to the team and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Have good follow up skills and able to work in a fast pace environment

• Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
