Job Scopes:

• Coordinate air freight import and export shipments, ensuring smooth cargo clearance and delivery arrangements

• Prepare and submit shipping documents, permit declarations and ensuring compliance with Singapore Customs requirements

• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers, airlines, terminals and relevant stakeholders

• Handle customer enquiries, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with warehouse and transport contractors

• Arrange Delivery Orders (D/O), coordinate cargo deliveries and liaise with warehouse and transport contractors

• Prepare shipment documentation, billing records and provide operational support for daily freight forwarding activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary qualification

• 1 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge on MAWB/HAWB, permits and customs clearance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
