Quality Engineer - #1167451

Job Scope :

• Develop, implement and improve the department and product total quality system to ensure product specifications are met.

• Facilitate quality improvement to the product and process by providing technical guidance in QE tools applications.

• Perform system and or process audit to ensure quality system compliance.

• Develop and implement preventive quality initiatives to achieve customer quality target.

• Lead Material Review Board meeting on disposition of non-conforming material and drive for actions to resolve non-conforming case.

• Monitor First Time Quality reviews and drive for improvement on top issues.

• Respond on customer returns and drive for effective actions to address customer returns.

• Drive for achieve customer satisfaction and meeting targets in customer scorecard.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• 1 - 2 years’ of relevant experience

• Experience in Manufacturing / Semicon environment

• Experience in application of quality engineering tools, Six sigma, quality system implementation (IATF 16949/ ISO 9000) will be added advantage

• Experience in reliability or failure analysis an added advantage

• Able to work well in a fast paced environment
