Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings for underground utility works.
Develop and revise construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Prepare utility layouts for:
Airfield Ground Lighting (AFL) cable ducts
Communication (Comms) cable ducts
Electrical utility ducts
Drainage and other underground utility services
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Site Teams.
Review IFC drawings and incorporate design revisions.
Coordinate utility clashes and resolve drawing discrepancies.
Prepare cross-sections, profiles, and detailed construction drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with CAAS, LTA, PUB, and project specifications where applicable.
Maintain proper document control and revision records.
Attend technical coordination meetings when required.
Support project submissions and engineering documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of drafting experience in underground utility or infrastructure projects.
Experience in Airport Projects is highly preferred.
Proven experience in:
Airport Taxiway works
Airport Runway works
Airfield Ground Lighting (AFL) cable duct layouts
Communication (Comms) cable duct drawings
Underground utility coordination
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Experience with Civil 3D will be an advantage.
Good understanding of underground utility coordination.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Familiarity with airport infrastructure standards and construction practices.
Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
