Our Client

Our client is a leading Singapore-based technology company undergoing a large-scale digital transformation to modernise its enterprise platforms and customer-facing systems. As they continue to scale and transform their technology landscape, they are looking for a Quality Assurance professional to drive testing excellence, strengthen automation capabilities, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software releases.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve quality assurance processes to support the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software across multiple digital platforms.

• Drive the adoption of modern testing practices, including shift-left testing and test automation, while working closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Define and monitor QA metrics, analyse release quality, and implement improvements that enhance testing efficiency, reduce production issues, and improve user experience.

• Manage external testing vendors, ensuring testing activities are delivered according to quality standards, project timelines, and business expectations.

• Mentor QA team members and contribute to building a strong quality-first culture by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in software quality assurance or software testing.

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation, and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience working with vendors or external testing partners to deliver quality software solutions.

• Experience mentoring QA team members or driving QA best practices across projects will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
