Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury furniture and interior furnishing projects.

This role does not require a construction background. Candidates with experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or coordination who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, installations, and site activities.

• Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination.

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate warehouse operations, deliveries, installations, and after-sales support.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, and project records.

• Assist with project handover and completion documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Levels or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage but not required.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.

• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Other Information

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 6.30 p.m.; Saturday (when required).

• Working Location: Delta House, Alexandra Road (relocating to 160 Paya Lebar Road, Orion @ Paya Lebar, #08-08, Singapore 409022 in September).
