Job Title and Duties

The employee shall perform the jobs and duties of a Business Development Executive. The general duties during this probation period are:

Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and identify business opportunities (daily call and prospecting targets will be provided during onboarding and must be adhered to).

• Engage in detailed conversations with clients to understand their needs, including gathering key information such as email addresses, existing domain, server hosting expiry dates, and more.

• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• Demonstrate strong objection-handling skills to overcome challenges and close deals.

• Promptly follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure ongoing engagement (guidelines will be provided during orientation).

• Collaborate with customers regarding service, maintenance, and ad-hoc requests.

• Advise clients on the company's products and services, aligning solutions with their business requirements.

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries to uphold the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and relevant customer information.

• Persuade potential customers by clearly articulating how our products or services address their needs.

• Use provided scripts to inform customers about product features, pricing, and the benefits of our services.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Required language(s): English, Fluent in English is an added advantage

• Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Hosting is a plus

• At least 1 year tele-sales experience.
