Material Handler Specialist / Checker Specialist

Location: Changi North
Working Days & Hours:

• 5-Day Work Week

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 6:15 AM
  

Salary: $2,400 - $2,900 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and transporters on daily operational matters

• Plan and process orders to meet shipment and collection requirements

• Perform receiving and outbound transactions using SAP and WMS systems

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment documentation

• Support cycle count administration and inventory accuracy

• Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Handle physical goods (up to 15–20kg) when required

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations environment is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• WMS knowledge preferred

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus

• Good communication and coordination skills
