What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Ambassador for BYD, you will represent the brand professionally, support daily showroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections.

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment

• Represent the brand professionally through communication and service

• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards

• Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience

• Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter details accurately into the CRM system

• Support brand awareness through social media platforms and other promotional activities

• Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering

• Manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items

• Gather customer feedback on showroom experience and share insights with management

• Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs
  

Who We’re Looking For

• This is a 24-Months contract role (Completion Bonus)

• Working hours aligned to mall operating hours

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and familiarity with social media platforms and video taking would be advantageous

• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage to support communication with diverse customers
