Senior Finance Manager (East/ Manufacturing/ SAP) - #1163516

Financial Management & Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Review financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, commercial insights, and recommendations to support operational and strategic objectives.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

• Monitor key business drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Participate in strategic projects, investment evaluations, and business expansion initiatives.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

• Review financial exceptions and operational risks, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

• Support compliance with tax regulations, foreign exchange requirements, and corporate governance policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial processes and controls.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Coordinate annual statutory audits and support group reporting requirements.

• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulatory obligations.

• Support corporate secretarial and statutory reporting requirements where applicable.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members across regional operations.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth.

• Support succession planning, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Promote effective cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiency.

• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements, automation, and process standardization.

• Support the implementation of best practices across finance operations.

Requirements

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

• Experience within multinational corporations and/or regional finance environments.

• Prior exposure to manufacturing, electronics, technology, or industrial sectors will be advantageous.

• Experience managing cross-border finance operations and multi-entity reporting is preferred.
