Sales Specialist (Ventilator Device/ ICU/ Training Provided) - #1167181

Responsibilities:

• Manage product and application support for critical care portfolio, including ventilators, patient monitors, and cardiology/resuscitation solutions.
• Provide technical and clinical support to distributors, channel partners, and end users.
• Handle product-related sales enquiries and recommend suitable configurations and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer education on product features and benefits.
• Plan and deliver regular product updates and training for distributors and customers.
• Support tender processes, including specification review, proposal development, submission, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, IT/ICT, engineering) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territories, driving revenue growth.
• Oversee project execution, including order fulfilment, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with service, logistics, and technical teams to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Promote products through exhibitions, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; provide insights for business improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports, including trip, monthly, and project updates.
• Support new product launches and continuously upgrade product and sales knowledge.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in the medical device business (have working experience (e.g. product / sales) with Ventilator machine (e.g. for ICU or NIV or Respiratory Therapist)
• Excellent communication skills for effective product presentations and troubleshooting.
• A Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Nursing preferred.
