Senior Principal Engineer/Consultant (Mechanical) - #1167145

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical engineering works through to the construction phase of projects.

• Manage project delivery, including budgets, schedules, quality assurance, client feedback, and communication of project changes

• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings and other documents prepared at the different stages of a project.

• Oversee project execution, quality and contract administration of Mechanical engineering works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.

• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore preferred.

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services.

• Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.

• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.

• Strong planning, organizational and supervisory skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantageous.

• A team player, able to work both independently and as a group, ensuring excellent project delivery to Clients and other stakeholders.
