Assistant HR Manager - #1165188

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, and people-oriented Assistant HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Independently manage and execute the full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, leave administration, employee records management, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

• Support both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including policy implementation, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount forecasting, and continuous process improvements.

• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing professional, responsive, and people-oriented support.

• Handle employee relations, workplace communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management with maturity, discretion, and professionalism.

• Drive employee engagement, welfare, learning, and development initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hands-on HR generalist role.

• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR operations.

• Able to work independently and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

• Mature, resourceful, and confident in handling sensitive employee matters professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
