Job Description:

• Helps the sales team to achieve their targets

• Responsible for the autonomous customer care and overall sales support for the assigned markets and the accomplishment of the connected routines (respectively quotations, orders etc.) and all correspondence implementing the given communication- and information systems

• Independently preparing quotations and control margins and controlling the sales performance of the dedicated accounts

• Responsible for the administration and update of all databases and the filing system

• Responsible for the control of the order processing including backorders in accordance with the responsible sales-, procurement-, disposition whether located in Singapore or Germany

• Responsible for the prompt return (to the superior) of all customer- and market information

• Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with the sales manager/analyse markets/check market trends

• Assisting the sales manager (or junior sales manager) and the customers while implementing marketing instruments in consultation with the marketing department in the headquarters

• Support of the sales manager, general manager for upcoming business trip/join or individually travel to markets

• Participation in projects and documentation of the results

• Training of new sales coordinators

• Independent compliance of all duties which are listed in the manual sales overseas

• Autonomous contribution in the quality management process (suggestion system) and active participation in training programs

• Responsible for the rapid realization and control of all assigned tasks

• Backup for Shipping Logistic (Ie. Documentation)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Proficient in SAP or Navision

• Proactive and independent

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)

• Possess strong communication & coordination skills
