Our client

Our client is a maritime company specialising in tanker operations and marine fuel management. With over 25 years of industry experience, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

The role

As a Marine Executive, you will support the day-to-day operations of the marine department by ensuring vessels remain compliant with industry regulations and operational requirements. You will coordinate vessel inspections, maintain key maritime documentation and databases, monitor safety and quality records, and liaise with internal teams, port authorities, and vessel crews.

$2,500 - $3,500 + VB

Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Work location: Central-East Singapore, Taiseng

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and archive department documents, voyage records, and maritime references.

• Process vessel service invoices and maintain HVPQ and Q88 databases.

• Coordinate vessel inspections, Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer logistics, and staff travel arrangements.

• Monitor vessel compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company safety policies.

• Record vessel incidents, casualties, and operational performance KPIs.

• Support port clearance activities and liaise with authorities and maritime stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Experience in inward and outward vessel port clearance, tanker operations, or offshore marine operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with MPA Port Clearance, Marinet, ICA Portals, and relevant maritime regulations.

• Willingness to board vessels as and when operationally required.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
