Ling Kwang Home For Senior Citizens is looking for a Communications & Engagement Executive to support our corporate communications, community partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and events. Reporting to the Community Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across the Human Capital & Community Partnerships (HCCP) division to create engaging content, coordinate key initiatives, and help strengthen the Home’s presence and impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Affairs & Communications
Support the planning, development and production of corporate communication materials for Ling Kwang Home (the Home). This includes the Home's Annual Report, newsletters, speeches, publicity materials, website and social media content.
Coordinate the implementation of the Home’s corporate communications functions and activities, including maintaining and updating the organisation’s website and digital platforms and developing engaging communication content through stakeholder interviews, photography and compelling storytelling that highlights the Home's mission, services and impact. Coordinate the timely production and publication of the Home’s Annual Report, working with internal departments and external vendors.
Coordinate logistics and administration for the Home’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), corporate events, campaigns, and related activities.
Coordinate feedback management and stakeholder communications ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
Maintain records and documentation to support the Home's compliance and governance requirements as a registered entity.
2) Community Partnerships & Engagement
Provide operational and logistical support for stakeholder activities and events, including fundraising events, campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and staff engagement programmes.
Support outreach efforts to cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate and individual donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Assist in planning and implementing programmes that enhance customer experience and promote the well‑being of residents and clients.
Conduct, track, and document impact measurement of the Home’s programmes and initiatives.
3) Other General Duties
Provide general administrative support to the division, including documentation, coordination, and scheduling.
Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Gerontology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in community partnerships, donor management, communications, or event coordination.
Prior experience in social services or non-profit sector will be highly regarded.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Good organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficiency in maintaining databases, basic data analysis, and report preparation.
Comfortable working with digital platforms and systems.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
