Senior / Executive, Leasing - #1164209

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and identify target tenants and actively pursue new trade and tenant mix to maximize rental revenue and optimize occupancy rate.

• Negotiate and managing all assigned renewals, lease agreements and rental rates to align with company expectation and targets.

• Assist in coordinating viewings, provide regular leasing reports and update management as and when required and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic leasing initiatives aimed at optimizing occupancy rates and rental revenue.

• Build networking channels with tenants and agents.

• Monitor and track tenant’s performance and compliance with lease agreement.

• Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent

• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.

• Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills

• Possess positive disposition and a good team player

• Self-driven with positive attitude
