Contract and Commercial Project Manager - #1167115

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Project Manager to lead the contract administration and commercial management functions for railway, power, and electrical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective commercial governance, cost control, risk management and timely resolution of contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, VO, EOT, claims and final accounts

• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and profitability

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities

• Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters

• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Experience in contract/commercial management, project controls or quantity surveying

• Familiar with VO, claims, cost control and project financial management

• Experience in railway, power, M&E or infrastructure projects preferred

• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Have negotiation and dispute resolution skills
