Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to become a part of our team at Changi Recommends, where you’ll help travelers make the most of their Singapore experience.
Job Details:
Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $2200 - $2600
Duration: Perm
Working hours: 12 hours per day (incl 1 hour break time), 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am (Including weekends and public holidays)
Responsibilities
Promote Changi Recommends products and services, including SIM cards, WiFi routers, and tour packages
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Singapore attractions, prepaid SIM cards, and travel/airline ticketing (experience in these areas is a plus!)
Perform baggage wrapping services
Approach and assist customers with a friendly, customer- and sales-oriented attitude
Keep stock inventory accurate and arrange replenishments when necessary
Support meet-and-greet services and assist with bookings, reservations, or transport arrangements as needed
