Job Details:
Location: East
Duration: 2 years (extendable/convertible depending on business needs and good performance)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: Up to $4500 (depending on qualification and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, serving as the primary point of contact for leasing and operational matters.
Monitor and analyse tenant performance, identifying opportunities for business growth and tenancy expansion.
Conduct regular business review meetings with tenants to understand their operational needs, business objectives, and future plans.
Manage tenant enquiries and provide timely support on operational, leasing, and tenancy-related matters.
Support the Central Leasing team in lease administration, documentation, renewals, and contract management.
Ensure tenants comply with lease agreements, policies, and operational guidelines.
Verify that property tax assessments are aligned with committed rental agreements.
Analyse tenants' sales performance and prepare accurate leasing and management reports.
Prepare leasing reports, performance updates, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
Assist the Centre Manager/General Manager with annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and leasing income projections.
Support leasing initiatives and undertake any other duties assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant leasing, property management, retail, or customer relationship experience are also welcome.
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic knowledge of the retail property or real estate industry, preferably within shopping malls or commercial properties.
Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
