RFQ Quotation Engineer (Manufacturing) - #1167120

Our client is from a MNC Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a RFQ Quotation Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer quotation (RFQ) requests, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with internal teams.

• Prepare quotation worksheets by gathering technical specifications, drawings, and supporting information.

• Liaise closely with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to obtain costing, lead time, material, and manufacturing inputs.

• Support analysis of high-value quotations and provide costing insights for management review.

• Review quotation details to ensure pricing accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.

• Work closely with the Sales team to provide quotation support and ensure customer requirements are met within committed timelines.

• Maintain quotation records, costing databases, KPI reports, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation standards, and quality requirements throughout the quotation process.

• Support data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process enhancement projects.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Min 3–4 years of experience in quotation management, RFQ coordination, costing analysis, or related functions.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to prepare technical or commercial quotations.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems would be advantageous.
