Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory planning for warehouses
Perform purchasing function and follow up with vendors on deliveries
Develop, document, and maintain procedures and processes to ensure efficiency
Provide co-ordination/support on inventory and logistics matters
Administration support to inventory and shipping department
Track reorder points, safety stock, and lead times
Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Prepare inventory reports (aging stock, slow-moving, obsolete items)
Highlight risks such as excess stock, expiry, or write-off risk
Other duties and tasks may be assigned
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
At least 2 years of inventory control experience
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge and understanding of computer inventory programs and software
Good analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Good command of English
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Certifications:
Diploma preferred
Physical Working Environment:
The position requires the need to sit for extended periods of time.
