Finance Manager - #1167076

Salary: Basic up to 9,000 + 2 months Bonus

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

Location: West (Near MRT)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, governance, and business performance.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights, improve profitability, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

• Oversee statutory reporting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong internal controls and financial governance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.

• Champion finance transformation initiatives by improving systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, and external business partners on finance-related matters.

• Support business expansion, investment evaluation, and other strategic initiatives as required by the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.

• ISCA Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent professional certification.

• Proven experience leading the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, planning, budgeting, treasury, and compliance.

• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance practices.

• Experience leading finance teams with the ability to coach, develop, and influence stakeholders across the business.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities with strong business acumen.

• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.
