Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior - #1167045

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients through calls, messages, and digital channels.

• Engage prospects warmly, understand their needs, and identify potential business opportunities.

• Schedule appointments, product demos, and sales meetings for the sales leads or management team.

• Source and qualify new leads (sales hunting).

• Support simple marketing tasks such as social media posts and basic materials.

• Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, tele-sales, marketing, or customer service roles.

• Experience in IT or technology sales is an advantage

• Friendly, approachable and confident in engaging with customers.

• Strong sense of customer needs, emotional intelligence and service mindset.

• Proactive and motivated to find new clients.

• Organised and able to follow up consistently.

• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
