Deputy Finance Manager (Contract | Up to $6k | MNC) - #1166991

Duration: 6 months (maternity cover), start in August 2026

Location: Harbourfront

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm) & Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers

• Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures

• Assist to review transactional and ancillary documents, provide commercial inputs and liaise with consultants for various projects including acquisitions, divestments and/or restructuring

• Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT’s entities

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements

• Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent

• At least 4 years of relevant experience

• Good communication and organisation skills with a keen eye for details

• Analytical, resourceful, good problem-solving capability and proactive team player

• Strong financial literacy skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced work environment

• Prior audit background and experience in REIT industry preferred

• Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi preferred
