Urgent: Senior Technician (Production / Process / Maintenance) x 10 - #1167098

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Engineer in tracking and improving production performance, output, product quality, and overall efficiency.

• Provide basic electrical and mechanical support for production and equipment-related issues, and escalate more complex problems to the Production Engineer.

• Accurately record production data, machine conditions, downtime causes, and quality observations to support improvement initiatives and troubleshooting activities.

• Work closely with production and tooling teams to meet output, quality, safety, and productivity targets.

• Collaborate with the Production Engineer to identify practical improvements in line efficiency, equipment reliability, product quality, and workplace safety.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Production Engineer.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Nitec qualification in Engineering.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in production, plant operations, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing environment.

• Familiar with production parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, output, product dimensions, and quality checks.

• Good understanding of workplace safety, PPE usage, housekeeping, and QEHS requirements.

• Able to record production data, downtime, machine conditions, and quality observations accurately.
