Material Handler Operations / Checker Specialist | From S$2,400+ | East - #1166962

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters on daily operational matters.

• Perform order planning to ensure timely shipment deliveries and collections.

• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support data collection activities.

• Administer cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.

• Ensure all incoming, outgoing, exchange, and return shipments are processed accurately and timely.

• Verify shipment documentation and ensure timely submission.

• Perform receiving transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and outbound transactions in SAP.

• Report receiving discrepancies and non-conformances to management.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation activities.

• Support general warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.

• Comfortable handling and lifting goods weighing approximately 15–20kg when required.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations support functions.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is preferred.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Salary: From S$2,400 per month
