About the role

Develop Instrumentation and Control (I&C) deliverables: datasheets, drawings, documentation. Ensure I&C projects meet the specifications, budget, relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Proficient in understanding and implementing the technical specifications to the project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Involve in HAZOP, SIL, technical reviews and clarifications with stakeholders

• Formulate RFQs, evaluate bids and recommend vendors/suppliers of I&C Systems

• Responsible for I&C change orders and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectation

• Participate in Inspection and Field Acceptance Test for PLC/HMI panels, Instruments etc.

• Cooperate with process, mechanical, electrical, piping disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery

• Provide technical support and advice during the construction, testing, and commissioning phases

• Support tender preparation and cost estimation

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in I&C design, preferably in water and wastewater treatment projects

• Knowledge of instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, actuators, control valves, and flow meters

• Know-how of installation of instruments

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development

• Ready to travel overseas at short notice
